Blind Fitters - 6:30am Start + Guaranteed Overtime

Install and maintain manual and motorised blinds, outdoor awnings, and pergolas across corporate offices, educational institutions, and construction/fit-out interiors. You’ll report to our St Pancras depot each morning at 6:30am, work in teams, and start alongside a supervisor. Full product training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the St Pancras workshop/depot daily (6:30am)
  • Drive to client sites across South & Central London
  • Measure, fit, and install blinds (manual/motorised), awnings, and pergolas
  • Repair/maintain existing installations
  • Work safely, on time, to a high standard
  • Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
  • Wear company uniform and follow H&S procedures

Requirements (Essential)

  • Full UK driving licence (confident van driving in London)
  • Daily attendance at St Pancras (6:30am start) and regular overtime including weekends
  • Teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Enhanced DBS and, where required, BPSS/SC (or eligibility to obtain)

Desirable

  • 3+ years’ blind-fitting experience OR transferable skills from facades, partitions, suspended ceilings
  • CSCS card preferred
  • IPAF, PASMA, ladder safety (training available)
  • Experience installing blinds/awnings/pergolas
  • Experience on corporate, education, or construction interiors sites
