Catering Manager Required to start ASAP, 37 hours per week - term time only plus training days and cleaning day.

We are seeking to appoint an individual to provide a friendly and efficient service leading the catering services for Brighouse High School. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be trained to co-ordinate and take responsibility for the day to day running of one of our school kitchens.

You will be involved in:

  • Menu development
  • Food ordering & preparation
  • Staff organisation
  • All other aspects required to run a busy catering operation

As a minimum, you must have:

  • A Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene qualification
  • Experience of large scale catering
  • Access to own transport (we are a split site)
  • Computer literacy
  • Ideally, some experience of supervising staff
