The Operations Manager plays a central leadership role in delivering complex offshore projects across the UK and North West Europe, with a primary focus on subsea cable installation and repair. You will oversee vessel operations, offshore teams, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality project execution within the Subsea Services division at Briggs Marine.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and execution of subsea cable installation and repair projects, coordinating offshore teams, vessels, and key subcontractors.
- Manage and develop the offshore operations team, maintain competency matrices, and mentor staff to build capability and experience.
- Produce and maintain departmental procedures, method statements, and operational documentation for marine installation and repair activities.
- Manage critical subcontractors and develop long term strategic partnerships that support reliable offshore project delivery.
