You’ll deliver safe, professional diving operations across ports, offshore assets, renewables, marine construction, and defence environments — working alongside experienced Supervisors and multidisciplinary teams, with opportunities to support developing divers.

Key Responsibilities- Carry out underwater inspection, maintenance, repair, and construction tasks
- Operate safely as part of a commercial diving team
- Follow instructions from the Dive Supervisor and Lead Diver
- Conduct pre-dive checks and assist with equipment preparation
- Maintain compliance with HSE regulations and company procedure
- Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation of diving operations
- Maintain accurate dive logs and operational records
- Promote high standards of safety, teamwork, and professionalism
- Recognised commercial diving qualification suitable for UK operations (e.g. HSE Surface Supplied or equivalent)
- Current HSE Diving Medical (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong safety awareness and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a disciplined team environment
- Willingness to travel and work across the UK and overseas when required
- Due to the nature of our defence contracts, applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom and be UK nationals. Candidates must also be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) or higher. Security vetting will be undertaken prior to any offer of employment, and any employment offered will be conditional upon the successful completion of the required clearance processes.
