The Opportunity: Workshop Plant Engineer

Contract: Permanent

Location: Stafford, Beacon Barracks, Beaconside, Stafford, ST18 0AQ

Salary: £36,933 Plus Bonus

Our team members are highly skilled and can offer flexible and bespoke solutions for our customers across a range of new, used or short term hire equipment. We are a joint venture between Amey and Briggs Equipment.

Proactively maintain / repair a fleet of AmeyBriggs assets that have been identified as part of the Service Life Extension Programme (SLEP). Maximise the operational availability for the customer by investigating, understanding and eliminating failed/faulty operation of those products such that the fix is as rapid and as cost effective as possible while ensuring continued safe and effective operation for the foreseeable future. Complete SLEP standard tasks within the given guidelines.

The Impact you will have:

  • Repair, maintain, inspect and service Plant and HGV equipment and associated ancillaries to current company standards and LOLER and PUWER legislation.
