Due to continued business growth, we have a new opportunity for Workshop Administrator/Controller to be an integral part of our workshop team providing administrative support.

In the role you will be:

  • Supporting workshop staff with administrative tasks and documentation
  • Coordinating workshop schedules, bookings, and job allocations
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory equipment
  • Liaising with technicians and management to ensure efficient workflow
  • Processing orders, invoices, and supplier communications
  • Ensuring all workshop documentation is complete and compliant
  • Generating reports for management review and operational planning
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
