Salary: £29,000 + Commission (OTE £35,000+)

Hours: Monday and Friday, 8am–5pm

We’re looking for a Training Administrator to join our team. This is a fast‑paced, customer‑focused role that blends administration with sales activity—ideal for someone ambitious, organised, and ready for a new challenge with clear opportunities for growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Customer engagement - speaking with customers to understand their training needs and providing accurate quotes
  • Managing training bookings and delivering excellent administrative support
  • Outbound calling to potential clients to generate new business
  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth booking experience
  • Upselling additional courses and identifying opportunities to add value
  • Using our CRM system to track interactions and maintain accurate records
