The Opportunity: Customer Account Manager

Contract: Permanent

Location: Telford

Salary: £33,529 + car and Commission

The Impact you will have:

  • To drive the growth of our National Truckcare account portfolio by building strong relationships with our customer and prospect customer base.
  • Professionally managing large accounts with diverse owned equipment whilst securing business opportunities and implementing them into our national service structure.
  • Networking and relationship building are key to the success of this role.
  • Create and maintain excellent working relationships with allocated customers.
  • Grow a strong network throughout key sectors such as facilities management to raise awareness of the Briggs Equipment offering.
  • Complete tenders in line with securing additional opportunities.
  • Continually review account performance and advise on margin improvement opportunities.
  • Generate growth and revenue opportunities on a national basis.

What will help you to excel in this role:

  • Aftermarket sales experience is required.
  • Proven record in relationship building.
  • A good level of IT ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to present to an audience regarding actions or business performance.
