About Us: Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of material handling, powered access, plant and specialist rental equipment offering new and used sales, short and long-term hire, engineering services, training and asset management. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join Briggs Scotland Group. This hybrid role will support both the Briggs Sales team with lead generation, appointment booking and marketing activity, while also providing administrative support to our Access Plus business.
In the role you will:
- Generate new business leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and online research.
- Contact prospective customers to qualify leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
- Support marketing activities by creating social media content, coordinating email campaigns, and promoting the company's products and services.
- Maintain accurate customer records, update the CRM system, and track lead and sales activity.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing diaries, preparing documents, handling enquiries, and organising meetings.
- Monitor and process candidate certificates, checking payments and updating training records, and process paperwork for accreditation bodies.
- Assist sales team on hire enquiries, updating CRM, application of booking system.
