Position: HGV Class 2 Driver
Contract: Permanent
Location: Springburn, Glasgow, Scotland
Hours: Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week

The role
- Deliver a high standard of service to all customers.
- Follow daily transport plans and schedules.
- Comply with all current and future transport legislation.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and defect reports via the compliance app
- Maintain accurate tachograph and transport records.
- Safely load, unload, and secure equipment using straps, chains, and other restraints.
- Keep vehicleclean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Report all incidents in line with company and legal procedures.
- Communicate with customers prior to arrival.
What will help you to excel in this role
- Class 2 Licence, Digi Tacho Card and all up to date CPC cards.
- Good communication skills
- Team player, personable with good customer service skills
- Previous experience loading and unloading of access equipment would be an advantage.

- Paid overtime availablepayable at x1.5 Monday – Saturday and x2 on Sunday
- Saturday workingon rota every 4 - 6 weeks
