Today, our extensive fleet and range of services position us as one of the leading powered access providers in the UK. Our powered access platforms for hire include cherry pickers, scissor lifts and other MEWPS (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms). We are part of The Briggs Equipment Group, who are a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland.
The Impact you will have:
- PDI of equipment
- Fleet stock checks
- Repairing and maintaining powered access equipment
- Fault finding, planned preventative maintenance and pre delivery inspection
- Ensure high standards and housekeeping
- Ensure all Health and Safety Management practices are followed
What will help you to excel in this role:
- Experience of working on either; cars, forklifts, plant equipment, cleaning machines, powered access, HGV’s or similar.
- Relevant technical qualification
- Previous experience within either a workshop or field based position
- Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical principles
- The ability to work independently and under pressure
- The ability to manage and prioritise workload
