The Opportunity: Customer Service Advisor

Contract: Permanent

Location: Cannock, Briggs Equipment, Orbital 5

Salary: £25,500 per year (40 hours)

The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland.

The Impact you will have:

  • Actively participate & support the AMS Team to ensure tasks are adhered to daily / weekly / monthly using CI tools & Methodology & Briggs Standard Operating Processes
  • Prioritise and support all service-related elements of activity within the team
  • Take ownership to deliver an efficient world class, end to end customer experience whilst managing the customers' expectations at all times and to ensure business targets are achieved.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers keeping them informed and managing their expectations at all times.

What will help you to excel in this role:

  • Strong skills in computer literacy and an understanding of the Microsoft Office package; specifically Excel, Access, Outlook and Word
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent people skills
