This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Analytics & Governance Manager to play a key role in strengthening procurement governance, enhancing compliance and delivering commercial value across the organisation.
In this role, you will:
- Lead procurement governance, policies and compliance across the Group, ensuring robust controls and best practice.
- Develop reporting, dashboards and spend analytics that provide meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, value improvement, risk reduction and process optimisation through data analysis.
- Own procurement systems, data quality and reporting capabilities, driving automation and digital transformation.
- Manage supplier governance and risk frameworks, supporting supplier performance, sustainability and compliance objectives.
- Lead procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and value delivery.
- Track and report procurement performance, benefits realisation and key business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across the business, providing expert advice, training and guidance to drive procurement maturity and engagement.
What will help you to excel in this role:
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, commercial or a related environment, with MCIPS qualification (or working towards it) desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and data visualisation tools.
- Proven experience developing dashboards, performance reports and KPI frameworks that drive business improvement.
- Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, controls and procurement best practice.
- Experience identifying and delivering process improvements, efficiencies and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage colleagues at all levels.
