As a Field Sales Manager you would be supporting the activity of the Regional Sales Team, providing coaching and in field support as well as supporting the Regional Sales Manager as and when required. To ensure that all sales targets of the regional sales team are achieved in line with company financial expectations. To work with the Regional Sales Manager to create bespoke territory plans and actions specific to each regional sales territory. Manage a small portfolio of accounts in order to stay in tune with both our sales processors and to maintain their own sales skills The Impact you will have: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for both existing and prospective customers to achieve annual revenue, profit and unit sales targets. Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities, including competitive and strategic accounts. Maintain a strong focus on pipeline growth and sales activity, ensuring consistent delivery of customer meetings, quotations and orders. Gather, analyse and interpret market intelligence to identify emerging trends, opportunities and potential growth areas within key sectors and accounts.
