We are recruiting a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our Bathgate team. You will help keep our fleet safe, efficient, and cost-effective by carrying out minor HGV repairs, organising maintenance bookings, coordinating suppliers, sourcing parts, and managing stock. You will also provide occasional support to the transport planning team.

  • Background in HGV maintenance, plant/vehicle parts management, or fleet operations.
  • Practical mechanical skills for minor repairs and basic diagnostics.
  • Strong experience in stock control and parts ordering (HGV or powered access preferred).
  • Good IT skills and experience using fleet or maintenance management systems.
