We are recruiting a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join our Bathgate team. You will help keep our fleet safe, efficient, and cost-effective by carrying out minor HGV repairs, organising maintenance bookings, coordinating suppliers, sourcing parts, and managing stock. You will also provide occasional support to the transport planning team.
What you will bring:
- Background in HGV maintenance, plant/vehicle parts management, or fleet operations.
- Practical mechanical skills for minor repairs and basic diagnostics.
- Strong experience in stock control and parts ordering (HGV or powered access preferred).
- Confident in managing and negotiating with suppliers.
- Highly organised with excellent record-keeping and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills and experience using fleet or maintenance management systems.
