The Role

Each year we take on a number of apprentices to work within the specialist building services industry. Our positions suit self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who possess:

  • A minimum of grade 4 in GCSE Mathematics, or Functional Skills Level 2.
  • Along with one of the following:

  • A-levels : An A-level grade profile of EE .
  • T-levels : A T-level graded Pass with a core component profile less than C .
  • BTEC : A BTEC grade profile of PP . This can be achieved from either an Extended Diploma or a combination of smaller BTEC qualifications.
  • Apprenticeship : Achieve an advanced apprenticeship (Level 3).
  • Access to Higher Education Diploma : 32 UCAS Tariff points.
  • Other Level 3 qualifications are accepted for entry. A minimum of 32 UCAS Tariff points will be required. Non-UCAS Tariff-based Level 3 qualifications are also considered for entry.

    All applicants must show a desire to continue with their education.     We work in partnership with a national network of colleges providing some of the best training the industry has to offer with day release provided to gain recognised qualifications which will provide you the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to satisfy and achieve the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineering end point assessment.

    We are committed to developing young talent and providing further training and career development with a commitment to ensure over 10% of all employees are in ‘earn and learn’ positions, with our current figure over 14%. Further training and qualifications are identified by annual personal development reviews where employees can express their interest for additional training to aid career progression.
