Food Quality Assurance Technologist in Oldham

This Brigg Scientific Client are a food manufacturing company based in East Manchester. The curremtly have a vacancy for a Food Quality Assurance Technologist. Duties include: * Co-ordinate and condust Raw materials inpections * Verifying Certificates on Analysis * Perform Organoleptic testing * Control Raw Material stock * Conduct audits for GMP, CCPs and Hygeine amongst others * Validate food safety, quality and legal processes. * Support QA projects. * Equipmet calibration * Admin duties, PO Numbers, Batch release numbers The role in Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, but extra hours in the form of overtime may be required depending on critical neeeds. The role is initially a temporrry contrcat, but will become permanent for the right candidate. Salary is circa £32,600
