This Brigg Scientific Client is a food manufacturing establishment based in Liverpool. They are currently seeking an additional member of staff to join their QA Team.
Key duties include:
- Laboratory testing
- Production line sampling
- Quality Auditing
- Production paperwork
- Batch release paperwork
- Solving technical issues
No specific experience of the food industry is required; however, candidates with scientific qualifications or food industry experience will be at an advantage. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
This is a shift role, working 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am on alternating 4 on 4 off. Although initially, training (2 weeks) occurs on a days basis, you are fully supported on the full shift with a dedicated trainer. The full training period is 12 weeks on agency at a pay rate of £12.71/hr for all hours worked. A successful training period will result in a contract extension with an approximate salary of £30,000.
This is an immediate start role, so candidates should be available for work within 7 days.
