Brigantia by Elovade is a leading European distributor operating across DACH, Italy, the Nordics, and UK & Ireland. Trusted by MSPs who want best-in-class solutions backed by real expertise. We hand-select innovative vendors, provide deep technical knowledge, and support our partners with a channel-first approach that puts long-term success at the centre.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for a highly organised and commercially aware administrator who takes pride in accuracy, service quality and proactive communication.

You’ll be confident working across sales order processing, renewals, vendor administration and managed service support, using internal systems and control documents to keep activity accurate, timely and transparent.

This role suits someone who enjoys building strong working relationships with colleagues, MSP partners and vendors, while maintaining a quality-first approach to every order, renewal and query.

What you’ll be working on

You’ll support the accurate processing of new sales and renewal orders, working closely with the Renewals Supervisor and Managed Services Supervisor.

Day to day, this will include raising purchase orders, maintaining the Purchase Order Control Document, providing invoicing information to Finance, keeping Salesforce renewal records up to date, issuing renewal notifications at 90, 60 and 30 days, chasing partner purchase orders, supporting quotes and vendor queries, and assisting with KnowBe4 managed service set-ups, billing, contracts, reports and customer requests.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll be successful in this role when sales and renewal orders are processed accurately and on time, renewals are regularly completed at least one month before the due date, and purchase order and invoicing information is consistently reliable.

Success also means maintaining accurate POCD and Salesforce records, supporting strong retention across the Brigantia KnowBe4 Managed Service, CyberSmart renewals and the CyberSmart dashboard, resolving queries efficiently, and continuing to build current knowledge of vendor processes, platforms and managed service requirements.

Skills, Experience & Expertise

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to process orders, renewals and billing information accurately and consistently.
  • Confident administration skills, including maintaining control documents, CRM records and renewal environments.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, partners, MSPs and vendors.
  • A proactive approach to chasing information, resolving queries and supporting timely renewal completion.
  • Comfortable working with internal systems, vendor portals and product information to provide informed support.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to high service standards and collaborative working.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience of sales order processing, renewal administration or commercial operations support.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to maintain accurate customer, opportunity or renewal records.
  • Exposure to vendor, partner or MSP environments, particularly where quotes, purchase orders, portals or renewal activity are involved.
  • Knowledge of KnowBe4, CyberSmart or managed service administration would be advantageous.
  • Experience supporting customer onboarding, managed service set‑ups, billing queries, contracts or reporting.
