Purpose of Role: Brigade is a global leader in safety and connected transportation systems solutions. With our product range and customer demand for connected vehicle data solutions increasing, the role requires a new approach to find and partner with a new partner type to Brigade: Fleet Integrators and System Integrators that are active in sales opportunities identified in Smart Cities or V2X initiatives. Partnering is the cornerstone of the role, ensuring strategic alignment with Fleet and System Integrators to access Citywide Vehicle Safety Projects that will require both software, services, and hardware connectivity.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop a global partner strategy and work with Business Unit Leaders across the world and their corresponding marketing teams to show Brigade as a leader in multi-industry safety solutions.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in Public Sector Solution Sales.
  • Knowledge of smart city and connected services systems and processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
