Group Head of Supply Chain

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Group Head of Supply Chain to lead and develop our global supply chain function, ensuring operational excellence, customer focus and continued growth. The Position Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will play an integral role within the Senior Operational Leadership Team, overseeing the Demand Planning, Procurement, Import, Inventory Management and Warehouse functions. Lead the development and execution of the Group supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Take full responsibility for the management of stock, materials and supply chain disciplines, ensuring robust forecasting, efficient procurement and effective inventory management. Drive continuous improvement across all supply chain processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen operational performance. Manage sourcing and procurement projects throughout their lifecycle, while ensuring stock levels remain aligned with agreed budgets and business requirements. Lead, coach and develop the Supply Chain team, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, productivity and delivery. Work closely with the Board and Operational Leadership Team to translate the company's vision and values into effective operational strategy and measurable outcomes. Ensure strong compliance, governance and processes across the supply chain, taking ownership and acting decisively when required. Skills
