This role supports both technical project delivery and operational support as Brigade’s Connected Services offering continues to scale across the UK, USA, Canada, and Europe. You will work collaboratively with engineering, product, IT, and customer-facing teams to deliver, support, and maintain connected fleet solutions, ensuring high levels of performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide Level 1–2 support for Connected Services (cloud platforms, telematics devices, SIM tools, integrations).
- Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, connectivity, and platform issues.
- Manage triage workflows and ensure correct case routing.
- Project Support & Delivery
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of Connected Services.
- Support rollouts, migrations, onboarding, and testing.
- Maintain documentation (workflows, processes, deployment playbooks).
- Systems Administration & Data Handling
- Manage device tools, SIM portals, and subscription databases.
- Maintain accurate usage and regional subscription data.
- Support KPI reporting for Connected Services and Halo.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with engineering, product, customer service, and regional teams.
- Support coordination between UK & EU teams.
- Provide updates to stakeholders and internal meetings.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify and improve support and operational workflows.
- Share insights with engineering and product teams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud, IoT, telematics, or connected devices.
- Understanding of networking, SIM connectivity, APIs, and cloud concepts.
- Experience supporting hardware and software in commercial environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking ability.
- Experience with Azure and/or telematics platforms.
- Knowledge of SIM lifecycle management and M2M/IoT connectivity.
- Familiarity with Zendesk, CRM, or Jira.
- Exposure to project delivery or project management.
- Knowledge of Brigade products or similar vehicle safety systems.
