Job Description Brierley J are currently working with a niche construction project management consultancy who are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager (Intermediate – Associate level) into their team. The consultancy focus their efforts on growth advisory, programme and project management and workplace consultancy. They offer their services to healthcare and education clients, supporting them in delivering value across their capital construction projects ensuring they make a positive and sustainable contribution to the built environment and social infrastructure. Projects vary from £5 million diagnostic centres, decommissioning listed buildings right through to college refurbishments of £10m and new build healthcare facilities which are around £30m. Typically you would be working directly for the client, as part of their core team to deliver individual projects and/or managing an internal team delivering a program of works. On going stakeholder engagement is a key part of this role.
