Brierley J are currently working with a well established, design led Architectural practice who are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Architect or Architect Technician (various levels) on a permanent basis.
Based in Newcastle as a team of 10, they are searching for someone with at least 5 years post qualification experience with excellent Revit skills.
The role will include working across a range of sectors including commercial, social care, MOD industrial, higher education and various types and scales of residential.
You will work within their close-knit team and have the opportunity to work independently running jobs from inception to completion. Projects range from £100K to £100m so a good spread of challenges and opportunities.
The practice are very people focused, with flexible working, biannual bonuses and pay rises, extra holidays over Christmas, maternity leave perks, healthcare, electric car salary sacrifice scheme etc. Each office has a large social budget to support team socialising/events with an annual summer party in the calendar every year to bring the whole business together.
