Associate/Associate Director Brierley J are partnering with a leading planning and environmental consultancy that works with a portfolio of prestigious clients, delivering innovative developments across the UK. The consultancy is involved in major infrastructure and development projects spanning energy, waste management, regeneration, residential, leisure, industrial and commercial sectors. Our client is seeking an Associate or Associate Director to play a pivotal role in establishing and developing a best-in-class Landscape Architecture Planning team, working closely with the existing leadership. The successful candidate will be chartered, have a strong foundation in town planning, proven experience managing teams, and enjoy a client-facing role that combines account management with hands-on project delivery. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced professional to join at an early stage and shape the future direction and success of the planning function. In this hands-on position, you will help define the team’s strategy, embed best practice and build upon the company’s nationally recognised reputation. To reflect the opportunity on offer, the client are paying an attractive salary, with a yearly bonus, enhanced employer pension contribution, healthcare, 26 days holidays, hybrid working, paid professional fees and more. This role can either be full time or part time (4 days).
