Brierley J are currently working with a niche construction consultancy who are looking to recruit an experienced Strategic Advisor into their expanding team. The consultancy specialises in strategic advisory, programme and project management, and cost consultancy services. Currently working primarily with healthcare and education clients, they support the successful delivery of capital construction projects, helping organisations create positive, sustainable impacts across the built environment and social infrastructure.

Driven by increasing demand for their expertise, the consultancy is entering an exciting phase of growth and is seeking to appoint an Associate or Associate Director with experience in capital programme development, programme leadership, and strategic advisory services. They are seeking someone who is people focused, driven, and solution oriented.

In this role, you will work closely with executive teams within high-profile organisations, gaining an understanding of their challenges and strategic ambitions. You will advise on optimising outcomes across estates portfolios and capital programmes and translate long-term visions into practical, deliverable plans. The position focuses on early-stage option appraisals and business case development, requiring close collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

A key responsibility will be coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and aligning technical, operational, legal, and financial functions with wider corporate objectives. Whether supporting the development of new strategies, reshaping existing programmes, or addressing specific elements of a client’s real estate portfolio, this role offers the opportunity to deliver innovative, integrated solutions to complex challenges.
