Brierley J are working with a client-side organisation who are looking for a Development Surveyor to join their team. Their work is a varied mix of commercial development and investment projects; from town centre regeneration involving leisure and retail projects through to working with strategic sites delivering JV’s with investors to realise a site's full potential.
Day to day the role will involve:
- Identifying opportunities
- Undertaking development appraisals
- Financial modelling
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Securing occupiers
- Coordinating project teams through governance processes
- Monitoring delivery against programme
- Contributing to a structured and deliverable development programme
- Providing market insight, financial analysis and strategic input to strengthen investment decisions and the portfolio’s performance
The client is looking for someone with two/three years’ experience (post qualification ideally) within commercial property, with some experience in development. This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their property career within a supportive and people focused environment where continual professional development is encouraged.
