This London Infrastructure practice is well known for their breadth of infrastructure and projects work. The team is involved in project and infrastructure finance, projects, and more general transactional and corporate work. They are recognized for their financing work on both brownfield and greenfield sites in the UK and internationally. The team works on a broad variety of products including acquisition finance, fund finance, project finance, and infrastructure funds alongside their corporate and projects work.
The scope of the team is extensive, and they work on renewables (wind, solar, battery storage, and carbon capture), Oil & Gas, greenfield projects, and more general infrastructure and energy matters. This work is international in nature, and the team does a lot of work within the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and LATAM.
They are now keen to speak to Senior Associate/Counsel level associates at around 10-12 PQE. Due to the breadth of the role, they are open to speaking to those from an infrastructure finance, projects, or corporate background.
