A highly rated international firm is seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Finance Associate (5+ PQE) to join its market-leading team in London.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-value, multi-jurisdictional transactions for a diverse client base of both lenders and borrowers. The team is regularly involved in some of the most complex and high-profile real estate finance deals in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on structured finance transactions, with responsibility for project management and cross-border coordination

Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security packages and intercreditor arrangements

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments relevant to real estate finance and banking

Manage your own caseload while supervising junior team members

Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture

Support firm-wide initiatives, including responsible business, D&I and mentoring

About You

5+years\’ post-qualification experience in real estate finance, ideally gained at a leading UK or international law firm

Strong academic background with excellent drafting and communication skills

Proven ability to lead deals and advise on complex financing structures

A team player who combines technical strength with commercial awareness and leadership capability
