Our client, a global law firm, is seeking an Insolvency Solicitor to join their expanding practice.

The Role

They are looking for an Insolvency Disputes Solicitor (1–4 PQE) , to join their dynamic team and support the growing volume of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage a broad range of insolvency disputes, including contentious matters.
  2. Advise clients on insolvency law, litigation strategies, and effective risk management.
  3. Draft and review pleadings, applications, and other legal documents with precision.
  4. Work closely with colleagues across legal teams to ensure smooth case management.
  5. Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise effectively with external counsel.
  6. Conduct thorough legal research to inform case strategy and preparation.
  7. Maintain clear, regular communication with clients, ensuring they are supported at every stage.
