Construction Legal Counsel

Briefed Recruitment has been retained by a leading UK housebuilder to appoint a Senior Construction Counsel. This is a pivotal hire for the business, with responsibility for leading on all construction and fire safety legal matters.

Working closely with the General Counsel and senior stakeholders across the organisation, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on high-profile projects while operating at the heart of a dynamic and respected business.

About you

• UK-qualified lawyer, ideally with 5+ years\’ PQE.
• Experienced across a range of non-contentious construction matters, including fire and building safety work.
• Comfortable working across a broad range of legal issues in a collaborative, stakeholder-facing role.
