In this vital role, you will manage the full fees life cycle, including receipting fees, issuing receipts to instructing solicitors, and overseeing aged debt to ensure timely payment. You will liaise with a diverse range of clients, including solicitors and professional bodies, adapting to different billing procedures while following chambers’ formalised fee policy. As the key point of contact for fee-related matters, you will develop strong relationships with members and clients alike.

Applicants should have at least 5 years’ experience as a Fees Clerk within chambers or a law firm. Strong written and telephone communication skills, attention to detail, and confidence in building client relationships are essential.
