We are actively recruiting a mid-level Employment Associate to join the Labor & Employment team of a leading global US law firm in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious associate with strong UK employment law experience to work on high-quality, cross-border matters for sophisticated international clients.

The Role

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

  • Employment aspects of corporate and transactional work
  • Day-to-day advisory employment law issues
  • Multi-jurisdictional and cross-border projects
  • Employment Tribunal litigation

Exposure to pay equity matters and experience working with US-based clients will be viewed favourably.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years’ PQE with strong UK employment law experience
  • Demonstrable experience across non-contentious employment matters, with Tribunal exposure
  • Strong academic background and excellent drafting and analytical skills
  • Commercial, client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across offices and international teams

Working Environment
