Working for a Global law firm in London, this is an exciting role for a Client Engagement Coordinator.
Tasks
- Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, this role supports Partners with full billing and financial administration, including preparing monthly bills, managing prebills, uploading e-bills, and monitoring WIP.
- You’ll assist with matter openings, conflicts checks, AML documentation, engagement letters and fee alerts, while maintaining strong client relationships through regular AR follow-ups and issue resolution.
- The role also includes running inventory review meetings, processing write-offs, providing WIP/AR updates, and supporting audit queries.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years of billings and collections experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in billing software (preferably Aderant) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

- Proactive and solution oriented.
- Confident in dealing with clients and senior management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
