We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Scotland Region

Field-Based | Foodservice / FMCG | Premium Hospitality Sector

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager who’s passionate about premium food, who is ready to lead growth across Scotland’s most exciting foodservice markets.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across our customers within the Scotland region. Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will work closely with the National Account Managers as well as the wider Bridor sales and technical teams. You’ll be working with Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotel groups, artisan coffee chains, fine food distributors, and more – developing both existing accounts and unlocking new business opportunities and opening new trading relationships within your region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth across customers within the Scotland region.
  • Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager, National Account Managers, and the wider Bridor sales and technical teams.
  • Develop existing accounts and unlock new business opportunities within your region.
  • Build and open new trading relationships with Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotel groups, artisan coffee chains, fine food distributors, and other foodservice partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales success in food manufacturing or foodservice wholesale.
  • Strong network in hospitality or premium foodservice.
  • Direct experience working with chefs and decision-makers.
  • The passion and drive to deliver results with a premium, innovation-led brand.
