Are you looking to move into an assessing role or extend your assessing experience in an incredibly dynamic, exciting and challenging environment? Would you like to be at the forefront of assessing on our Team Leader national apprenticeship provision, in response to the new employer driven standards and apprenticeship levy?
You may work in a sector that affiliates with our learners: Public service, Hospitality, Social Care, Creative industries, Sport, Business.
The successful candidate will work within our Apprenticeships and Workforce Skills Department and closely with our Business Development team. You will work as part of a high performing team and be responsible for supporting learners towards timely completion for our Level 3 Team Leader and other affiliated apprenticeship standards, as well as some commercial activity.

Salary: £30,957 - £32,911 per annum (Scale SO1) Plus 20.3% Employer Pension Contribution.
You will have team leading experience and ideally hold relevant qualifications. You will be proactive and enthusiastic, whilst being empathetic to the needs of work-based learners. Ultimately you will be motivated and committed to ensuring all learners maximise their potential and achieve timely success.
Experience of delivering training and a relevant assessment qualification (D32/D33/A1) is desirable but not essential, as are qualifications or experience in Leadership and Management. Most importantly, you will be a great team player, and be motivated and committed to ensuring all learners maximise their potential, deliver impact within their organisations and are fully prepared to embark on the next stage of their career journey.
