We are seeking a Trainer Assessor to join our Early Years Team. You will work with learners, the curriculum team and employers to deliver and assess Early Years qualifications including the T Levels. Whilst this role will be primarily based at Taunton some cross-site working may be required to support assessment and support of learners.

Hours - Part time working 22.2 hrs pw.

Salary - £18,574 - £19,746 per annum (Actual) £30,957 - £32,911 per annum (FTE) Plus 20.3% Employer Pension Contribution.

You will need to be confident in developing and delivering a curriculum that meets the needs of employers and employees in the Early Years sector. You will be quality driven, student focused and enthusiastic in order to deliver bespoke training, development and assessment to meet business, learners and assessment organisation need. Close working relationships will need to be developed with moderators from the assessment organisation to support effective assessment opportunities within set windows.

Candidates will have strong experience in the Early Years sector, within schools and/or nurseries. Knowledge and experience of teaching, assessing and quality assuring vocational programmes would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be a flexible, proactive problem solver with an excellent learner and customer focused ethos, secure IT and report writing skills.
