UCS College Group is seeking a proactive Team Leader for Additional Learning Support to guide and supervise a team of Learning Support Assistants, ensuring high-quality support for learners with SEND.
You will run morning briefings, conduct 1:1s, developmental reviews and appraisals, and work with curriculum staff to tailor support programs, enabling equal access to the curriculum.
