UCS College Group is seeking staff to provide Additional Learning Support across the College for full and part-time learners. The role covers learners with a range of needs, including SEMH and complex behaviours, and involves tailored support, equipment and assistive technology, counselling, mentoring and exam access arrangements.
The team works closely with Foundation Learning and Cross College staff to implement tailored support programmes and to help every learner access the curriculum
