Salary: £33,378 - £34,029 per annum plus accommodation package. Plus 20.3% Employer pension Contribution.

Basis: Full time, Permanent - All Year Round (AYR).

Rodway Farm seeks a General Farm Worker to take on a range of agricultural roles and responsibilities including cattle, sheep (including lambing), milking, and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Although a livestock role, the duties will also include assisting with tractor driving and machinery use when required.

The applicant must recognise the nature of the environment and have high regard for essential health and safety measures, as well as the utmost respect for animal welfare. Ideally, the applicant will have experience with sheep as well as dairy.

The applicant needs to be able to manage their own time, be organised, a team player, a self-starter, and be a good communicator. Farm work experience is required but further training can be provided.
