As an Early Years Practitioner, you\’ll be more than just a caregiver; you\’ll be a guide, a storyteller, a cheerleader, and sometimes a comforting shoulder. You\’ll help children aged 0-5 years explore the world, develop essential life skills, and flourish in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.

  • Experience: Hands-on experience working with children under 5 in a professional setting.
  • Qualifications: A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent) and a commitment to continued professional development.
  • Knowledge: A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and how it supports child development.
  • Passion: A genuine love for early years education and a desire to make a real difference in children s lives.
