The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

The post-holder would be responsible for the delivery of the A Level Geography programme ensuring students are fulfilling their potential and achieving their target grades. The post-holder will clearly plan the A Level Geography curriculum to ensure that the syllabus is delivered in a constructive manner to allow students to build upon their knowledge and skills within this subject.

The post holder will have good subject knowledge and enthusiasm to lead and teach A Level Geography, within our wider A Level programme. Our students are hardworking high achievers with the ambition to succeed, we are looking for a new member of our teaching team to enable the most ambitious progression for our leaners. Alongside teaching and managing Geography, you will be a personal tutor.

You will be expected to take part in the college quality process, providing termly analysis on the progress of students and placing interventions in place when required.

You will join our outstanding A Level team and will co-ordinate a highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience for our students. You will be an excellent teacher and demonstrate flexibility in your approach to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners.
