Brookside Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and inspiring EYFS Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive team. Full Time Permanent Salary dependant on experience - TMS range: £32,916 - £45,352 per annum.

We are looking for a passionate Early Years practitioner who will create a nurturing, stimulating and well-structured learning environment where every child feels safe, valued and able to thrive. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and learning through engaging, play-based experiences, ensuring that all pupils make strong progress from their starting points.

You will develop rich, enabling provision both indoors and outdoors, using continuous provision and carefully planned enhancements to promote curiosity, independence and a love of learning. Strong classroom organisation and consistent routines will support positive behaviour and ensure children are ready to learn.

Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will contribute to planning, assessment and the ongoing development of the EYFS provision. You will communicate effectively with parents and carers, building positive relationships that support children's learning and wellbeing. A commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all pupils is essential.
