Do you enjoy solving problems, working outdoors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly? This is a part-time position of 30 hours per week, all year round.

Salary: Band 3, Points 3 4 (starting at Β£20,104.86 per annum)

Working across Brymore Academy and APEX Meadows, we are looking for a Site Maintenance Technician to support both locations. Your work will help create a safe, clean and well-maintained setting where students and staff can thrive.

  • Maintain buildings, grounds, and outdoor areas to a high standard
  • Carry out routine checks, basic repairs, and general maintenance
  • Liaise with colleagues and external contractors to ensure efficient site operations
  • Have experience in maintenance, caretaking, groundskeeping, or similar work
