About the Role

As Exams Officer, you will:

  • Provide a full examinations support service.
  • Lead the administration, management, and conduct of examinations in line with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Manage examination entries, timetables, invigilation, and post-results services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including staff, parents, students, and awarding bodies.

About You

We are seeking an individual who:

  • Has excellent ICT skills and is confident using school systems.
  • Is highly organised, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children and young people.
  • Brings experience in managing examination processes (experience with Arbor is desirable).
