Bridgwater College Academy seeks a Lead SEND Teacher to join the Polden Centre, working with pupils with autism and other SEND needs.
The role involves delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons primarily in English and/or Maths, in a supportive, safeguarding-minded environment.
You will work with the SEND team and LSAs, adapt lessons to EHCPs, monitor progress and promote pupil wellbeing.
