Job overview: Boarding House Tutor at Brymore Academy – a State Boarding School for boys aged 11–16, located on a 60‑acre site with a working farm, gardens, workshops and sports facilities. Start date: September 2026. Hours: 9 hours per week, 34 weeks per year (term time only). Working hours: Sunday 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM with a half‑hour unpaid break.
Responsibilities: The primary role is to support boys and boarding staff in the boarding house, including guiding academic work, addressing concerns, and facilitating social development. You will also help run the activities programme and spend time in a personable and supportive manner with the boys.
