Bridgwater & Taunton College Trust is seeking a Pastoral Manager at Brymore Academy in Somerset. Based in the pastoral office, you will work with senior leaders, teaching staff and support services to lead, develop, and monitor pastoral support across the school.
You will deliver one-to-one and group wellbeing interventions to improve wellbeing, attendance, behaviour, engagement and educational outcomes, provide staff guidance, and build strong relationships with students, parents and external stakeholders.
