Little Beeches Nursery is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team.

We welcome applications from candidates holding either a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, although a Level 3 qualification is preferred.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to learn, develop and thrive through high-quality early years provision.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will

  • Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Contribute to planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's development.
  • Monitor and record children's progress and achievements.
  • Promote safeguarding and the welfare of all children at all times.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
  • Has a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Can work effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is committed to providing outstanding care and learning experiences.
  • Understands the importance of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
